Project agreements

Website content is provided for general information. Every project is governed by its written proposal or agreement, including scope, fees, milestones, responsibilities and delivery terms.

Estimates and changes

Initial conversations and website enquiries are not binding quotations. Changes beyond the agreed scope may affect cost and delivery dates and require written approval.

Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for final work are defined in the relevant project agreement. SCORPION retains ownership of its methods, tools and pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed.
